Mpeg in Premiere?

Postby Daniel » Tue Jun 11, 2002 7:11 pm

I'm very newbie!

Is there an export option in Premiere in which to export the timeline as an mpg. file? I've only got the avi. option.

As far as I know there's a commercial Panasonic plugin for exporting a MPEG file. Just try a search engine with key words like "Premiere MPEG plugin".

It kinda depends on the version of Premiere you're running. The more recent (6.5 up, from memory) allow you to export direct from the timeline. Just go File/Export Timeline/Adobe Mpeg Encoder.
