cell look plugin for after effects

hi everybody
I have a very very important question. I want to know that adobe after effects has any plugin which convert any movie or image file into cell look i mean cartoonish look, like illustrate plugin for 3ds max and now 3ds max has its own shader which convert any 3d object into cell or cartoon look. If anybody has any information about it so kindly inform me i am waiting very anxiously. i will be realy thankful for him.
