Read me file with this zip file won't display. Your instructions talk about 8bf format to install in some folder in Photoshop 7 (Win), but none of these images are 8bf.

The knowledgebase topics on this stuff are inadequate. and I don't recall the only time I ever installed a plugin how I did it.

What do I do with this??? How am I supposed to get them to work???
I've got a major presentation tomorrow morning, need to have this done asap. Would have called you but don't see a phone number anywhere.

My read me file doesn't work either. Can these be used for Photoshop 7 or Paintshop Pro 8 or 9?

Please make sure that your unzip tool creates the folders that are stored in a zip file. That should be the deafault setting anyway. If the folders inside the Edge & Frame Galaxy zip file are created, double clicking the ReadMe.htm file will display the manual.
