i have downloaded these to my psp plug ins but it's not showing up under my effects - what have I done wrong?

Edge & Frame Galaxy is just a collection of edges and frames and doesn't contain any plugin at the moment. Please read the included HTML Manual for instructions about applying the edges and frames to images.
