Plug in for blurry pictures

I am a digital photographer and sometimes I end up with what would of been a nice picture but it is a little blurry. Is there a plugin that can fix this.

If the image is only a little blurry, try FocalBlade from www.thepluginsite.com/products/photowiz/

If the photo is too blurry, you should better improve your camera skills. You have to set a longer exposure time on your camera or alternatively a smaller F-stop or a higher ISO setting.
