Can you name the filter ?

GGezezeze I just reformatted my puter, I thought that I had saved everything, but I missed one of my filters for PSP7. I can not seem to remember the name, I used it all the time and it had several standard filters in it that PSP has I just thought that they were better and easier to use than PSP. The list of filters was about as long as EYE CANDY 4000 and it had most of the same filters that EYE CANDY has except for marble. It did have a shadow, cutout, bevel, weave, CHROME ( I loved the chrome filter, you had control over bands, and contrast, and softness ) it also had SWIRL, ( I like this one also ) It had sort of a checkerboard look to the interface, I did not like the zoom in button or proof area they were weak I thought, It is not Flaming Pear, it is not Eye Candy 4000, I think it was shareware, and I did not get it from this site.

Do you mean Photo Tools (see http://thepluginsite.com/reviews/phototools.htm) or do you mean Almathera (see http://www.mways.co.uk/prog/plugin.php)? Or do you mean Eye Candy 3?
