I have found 99% of the time I have errors with filters in PSP they are Filter Factory based filters. The problem is the lack of the plugin.dll. For some odd reason I am no longer able to use that dll file. I personally think it has something to do with Macromedia using a file also called plugin.dll, but I do not know for sure. Anyway the best was to solve this problem is to use PICO and convert the filter from Filter Factory 3.04 to 3.0. This way the filter no longer needs plugin.dll and will now work error free in PSP.
