I was able to get converted FF plugins. I placed them into the plug-ins folder in my psp9. Wouldn't work, so I took out the FF A pool shadow one & placed it on the outside of that folder, but still inside the plug-ins folder.
Now I get two boxes poping up one says:
Unknown error occurred with command FF gallery A pool shadow
2nd box PSP9 has encountered a problem & needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Then they ask me to send an error report.
I scanned for virus's and there are none. I restarted the computer after I pulled the filter out of it's home file.
Under error signature it states details regarding condition of psp9 when problem occured the operating system version & computer hardware in use, your idgital pro ID. which could be used to identify your license & Ip address of your computer.
Then it goes on about a mile long what the plug-in contains.
Would you by any chance know what is up with this? I loaded the FF C the other day & it works fine.
Thanks,
Janette
