Sinedot Plugin

It's the darndest thing. I teach PSP7, PD3, PI6 and also use Photo Shop, Corel Draw and many others.
I like most folks am an addict especially with plugins. I master things quickly and am off to teach others. I write a new tutorial almost daily.
But to this day I have not figured out the woopydoo about this Sinedot filter. I just don't get it. Folks I have taught for three years make some awesome stuff with it. I either have a dud filter or I just missed it. Is there a tutorial anywhere on this filter? One that will make me appreciate that blob of colored swirls? You would think with my know how I would have found a way to use it.... but nooooo So any pointers would be great.
Telling me to go play with it is out cuz thats what I have done off and one for way over a year. I am sure its been that long........ colored blobs no butterflies........ sob sob
