CorelDraw (CDR) Files - Plug-In??

Can anyone tell if or where I can get a plug-in to enable me to open CorelDraw files with Photoshop?
I guess the only way is to open the CDR file with CorelDraw, convert it to a suitable format e.g. BMP and to open the BMP file in Photoshop.
Maybe IrfanView from www.irfanview.com can convert them, too.
