Hi I realy don't know if I'm in the right area sorry if not.However I purchased a pioneer DVR_111D DVD burner with a nero setup disk.My problem is it wont play DVD it sayes it needs a plug-in I have windows XP I don't know what i'm doing.I contated the seller they don't seem interested in helping just tell me to get a technician there is something wrong with my computer.What I would like to know is there anything out there that can do this for me without more exspence any help would be good.
