I just tested it with PS CS2 (Mac OS-X Tiger, latest) and all seems well. Have you tried reinstalling?
BTW, as much as I like Flaming Pear plug-ins, I don't have them listed on my Plugs 'N Pixels website yet because the developer hasn't returned my multiple emails, and that's not cool
