Pixel-Mosaic effect plugin for Fireworks?

I'm looking for a plugin compatible with Fireworks to do that effect. Tried toadies filter, but it doesn't produces the desired effect, that is: the plain and simple Photoshop mosaic

with the key word "mosaic" and you'll get around 20 plugins that do that kind of effect.

Thanks, I did it.
However, a lot of links don't work, and the rest aren't what I'm looking for. Finally, I find that Mock/Mosaic does it but with important limitations: transparency not supported, square size relative to the image size and sharp results...
