Hey all-Just found a snowflake generator plugin. Don't know if this is a new posting for it. What you do is download and install the plugin into PSP or Photoshop and then run the plugin separately by creating the shortcut in your programs. Then once you have created the snowflake, save it as a .bmp file. Then open it with your graphic program and apply any textures or colors to it.--IRISH

I posted the info about this tool in the November 2002 issue of the Plugin Newsletter
It isn't a plugin, it is a standalone application. So you should not install it into your Plugins folder.
