The Plugin Site

I'm pretty sure I have the plugin I'm looking for, but either I've forgotten which one it is or it's one I haven't re-installed. I want to change the perceived lighting on an image. It can be done with Photoshop "Lighting Effects" but I use an old version of PSP and lots of plugins. I think I remember using EyeCandy (v3 or 4) for this, but I can't locate the controls for it now (EyeCandy is installed, but I haven't been using it for at least a year). Please help my long-term memory loss!

Go here and look under "Light". You'll see several plug-ins listed that can add lighting effects to images, including The Plugin Site's own LightMachine.
