Power Retouche makes a color fringe removal plug-in that works very well in CS3. I have a 10.5 Nikkor lens that just loves to fringe along high contrast edges. Camera Raw couldn't eliminate it and PS was way too much work to correct the problem. I've tried several demos of commercial products but none worked nearly as well. Their prices are very reasonable but try their demo first.

I just checked, and I found that ChromAcute also works in PSP. :D
