I also need help installing plugins. I'm still trying to figure out Vista Home Basic. I tried to find the System32 folder, but I can't see it. I did see MMSYSTEM.DLL. I seem to be wandering around in Vista Land as a displaced person. Where exactly is System32 located and how do I get there? I am operating under a 32bit operating system. I hate the thought of not using plugins in my Paint Shop Pro programs. It was so easy when I had Windows XP.
Thanks for any help.

System32
Well, I looked all over and can't find C:\Windows/System32. I looked under C:\Windows and did not find it and what is there doesn't seem like it.
I did not install Vista; it came with my computer. I'm having trouble getting around Vista. I just can't find anything and can't install anything. I have 2 Vista books and nothing seems to work for me. I never had one problem with WinXP. Everything worked for me there. Right now I'm giving up on the idea of plugins. I have PSP7 and 9. PSP7 has a few plugins that work and 9 has nothing.
Thanks, anyway, for your answer.

It seems you have the setting activated to hide system files and folder in Explorer.
