The Plugin Site

Hi. Some time back I downloaded a plugin or stand alone that would do a pop art picture like what Andy Warhol has done (4+ pastel color squares of same picture, like his Marilyn Monroe picture). What was it called & where can I find it to download. My old computer crashed & burned, & I would like to have it on my new computer.

It was an older version of this that was free. I didn't know that all this was added to it.

I'll have to wait to purchase it as my new computer has bust my budget.
