Search for regular filter software such as nik colorefex! I have to make a report about this software and so I need a list of the best ones.

It is kind of hard to tell you what filters are best, it depends what you do!
If I had to choose three filters right now, on top of my head, I would certainly say that I was pretty impressed by their polarization filter as well as the Sunshine one. The Sunshine filter is pretty efficient if you shot on an overcast day and that you need to add a little bit of magic to your picture.
The last one would be the B&W conversion filter: quick, efficient, and if you had the polarization filter on top of it, you have a great depth of field!
