Help with Windows 7 and dlls

I have windows 7 and 64 bits psp 9.What dlls do I use and where do I install them.?
Can I use the same ones I used for vista it was 64 bits tooo.And would you tell me the name of them to make sure I have all of them right?

So I only need one?And that would be Msvcrt10.dll>?
I put it in the syswow64?
I did it once and it would not work.I try the installer and it has a error..
SO I want to make sure I am understanding this right!

Yes, correct.
There is also plugin.dll which is needed by some FilterFactory plugins. But you can also convert them with Plugin Commnader to remove that dependancy.
What installer do you mean? msvcrt10.dll is in a zip files.

Thanks so much ..
Everyone was saying I needed 10dllsI did not think that was right at all..
I tried this Plug in Commander
And when I downloaded it there was a error..
I just took it out of my programs and it is fine..I never used it before so do not really want to if I do not have to..
So off I go to put in one dll..
Hope this works this time ..I put in three last time and has to take them out they did not work.
