All plugins are unusable

I am using PSP X3 with a windows 7 64 bit operating system.
I've added the dll to the syswow folder but all my plugins show up but none can be used. Are there more dll's?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

What exactly do you mean with "they cannot be used"? Are they grayed out on the menu?

Yes, on the initial click they all show up, but when trying to chose one to use they are lighter in color and when clicking on one I get a message that files are missing etc.

I was able to get the plugins to show up by putting the dll is both the system and syswow folders. Unfortunately now when I try to use one the whole program shuts down.
Any ideas? I appreciate any help.

Which plugin causes the crash? Please post as detailed information as possible, otherwise I always have to ask again and again for further bits and pieces.
