Having Trouble with Dreamsuite 2 Effect Filter

hi,
does anyone have autofx dreamsuite 2. do you guys have problem with the 2 1/4 film frame effect. When using the load image feature to load up another image into each frame i get a blurry image, but i don't get a blurry image in the original photo that was first opened. your help is appreciated.
