The Plugin Site

I could not install the beta plugin PICCURE; even after I turned off my anti-virus software.
I received this error message:

I had no luck contacting their web site either.
Any thoughts?

Well, it is still beta software. It sounds as if the plugin needs administrator rights. Please right click on Photoshop or whatever application you are using and select "Run as administrator". Maybe it will work then.

"administrator" didn't work. I emailed the problem to the software maker.
