The Plugin Site

I tried to download the pop art filter and I thought it was included with Harrys Filters 4,0.
But when I try to find it in Photoshop all that comes up is a small window with options for colors, gradients, artistic, etc. Nothing that has pop art. Did I install the wrong filter?
Also, is there a plugin I can get to turn my images into a sketch?

The Pop Art filter is a free filter in the Plugin Galaxy demo version (see http://www.thepluginsite.com/products/p ... /index.htm). It does not create the typical pop art look, but colorful pictures as can be seen here:
