creases

Hi all,
I am designing a book cover in Photoshop and I would like to give it a "used paperback look" with cracks and creases et all. A bit like the movie poster of Tarantino's 'Pulp Fiction'.
Has anyone have an idea how to go about it to get a natural looking crease or fault?
