TruFilters

Post by Ladynred »

Ok, I may be dating myself a bit here.. LOL.

A long time ago, I bought Truman Brown's TruFilters for Photoshop 3. They were great filters for $10, I believe they were FF (?). Unfortunately, I've found that not all of them work in Photoshop 7 :(

Is there a way for me to convert these or somehow make them work ? Truman did some nice work, but his site has passed into the web's black hole and he's no longer reachable (as far as I can tell).

If I can get these working, I'll be happy :)

Thanks !

You can download FilterMeister from www.filtermeister.com. It lets you open FF plugins and automatically converts them to FilterMeister code. As FilterMeister works fine in Photoshop 7, you can now apply them.

If you want to save the opened filters as plugins, you have to register FilterMeister for currently $25. Then it is surely easier to use them, because you don't have to open the plugins each time in FilterMeister.
