Pluggin for creating 3D Gears?

Has anyone seen a program or pluggin capable of creating 3D gears like what you would find inside a motor? I've got this great theme planned for a website and I remember coming across a tool used to create these fantastic 3D gears but I cannot remeber the name of it to save my life... I've seen other 2D gear/star effects in some of the well known pluggin's but they don't seem quite realistic... Can any of you guy's/gal's please help?

Jürgen Heinzerling's RitzelMaker v1.0

Useful tool for producing 3D models of cogged wheels. These wheels are defined by four parameters:

* no. of cogs
* size of cogs
* overall diameter
* axis diameter

saves the model in RAW-format

Also, Wings3d is an extremely easy opensource program to use, that will save as OBJ format, or 3DS, and can import AI (Adobe) files as well.
