underwater white balance

I am using a JVC/camcorder with a simple underwater housing. As it is not possible to do a manual white balance under water I want to do it by filters afterwards. I know, there are some hardware red filters but they cost quite some money and much light.

Does someone know a not too explensive filter, which does such corrections automatically? especially with pinnacle studio od magix?

Thanks for any hint or link

Do Pinnacle Studio or Magix support any third party plugins? If they don't, you either have to see if the filters they provide can do it or you have the use a more expensive tool like Premiere which supports third party plugins.
