How do you make plugins for premiere?
Is there a program who let you make your own plugins to premiere?

There were two plugin called Transition Factory and Filter Factory delivered with Premiere 5 that let you create Premiere plugins with simple formulas. The created plugins don't work in Premiere Pro though.
A more flexible option which requires good programming knowledge is to get the Premiere SDK from www.adobe.com and to create plugins with Visual C++ or Codewarrior.
