What is Pinnacle Hollywood Fx? and How is it operate?

anybody knows how to make the transition effect in pinnacle hollywood fx 4.6? then reply

Make your cut on the timeline where you want the transition,
drag the hwfx symbol from the trasitions palette to the cut and
it will make a box there for the transition. Double click the box
and the HWFX settings will appear. Select your effect and set any
settings you may want, then click OK.

Its really easy.
