how to istall plugins?

i am having trouble also, i cannot get my plug-ins to show up in the video effects tab in premiere. all of the plug in files are in the plug ins folder of premeire, but they will not show up when i start premeire

and the link you gave does not describe how to install plug ins into premiere

You install plugins in Premiere like in Photoshop. You have to install them into the plugins sub folder of the Premiere folder.

Please look at the product page of the plugins and see if they are compatible with your version of Premiere.

I had problem using the plugin galaxy, i can use them but a two blue lines appears in my video everytime i use the plugins. do you know how to fix it? thanks.
