In Premiere Pro's titler, How do I adjust the scroll and crawl speeds? In the crawl/roll options box, (Ease-in and Ease-out), any value from 0 to 500 seems to have no difference on the speed at which my title flies across the screen.I have been reducing the speed by using the rate stretch tool.
Any ideas?

you simple can adjust the speed :made the lenght of the title on the timeline longer or shorther then will speed different.
