error message "list index out of bounds"

When trying to install Focal Blade I get the following error after extracting the files---"list index out of bounds (0)". I cannot get the plugin to load into Paint Shop Pro X. Help?

Follow up---found the problem!

That's because the Plugin Installer in FocalBlade doesn't recognize PSP X, because the latest version of FocalBlade was released before PSP X came on the market.

Please copy the file FocalBlade104.8bf into PSP's Plugins folder or set the FocalBlade installation folder in PSP under File > Preferences > File Locations > Plugins.

I will update the setup soon and add a new Plugin Installer that will recognize PSP X.
