Can't find my plugins

I've just purchased B/W Styler and LightMachine but I can't see them anywhere in my CS2 menu. However, they must be there somewhere because they are included in the list "About Plugins" in the Help menu.

Please could someone explain as I am new to digital imaging?

Open an image and look under Filter...Phot Wiz
