I found a bug with RAW photos imported in Lightroom and then edited in a PhotoWiz application (in my case ColorStyler and FocalBlade).

The photos are converted in TIFF retaining the Exif data but as soon as the edited photo is saved (TIFF), Exif data is destroyed.

With another application for Lightroom like Viveza2, Exif data is fully retained in the edited TIFF image.

The manual says:

When opening and saving TIFF images, ColorWasher/FocalBlade only preserves the XMP, IPTC and Photoshop tags. ... This will be fixed in a future update.

In Adobe Lightroom you can copy the original metadata to the ColorWasher-processed images by selecting all images, e.g. with Edit > Select All, and choosing Metadata > Sync Metadata.
