Problem getting Colourwasher to work on CS4

Hi ... when I start up CS4 I get an error message saying "cannot find MSVCRTD.dll module". I have put Colourwasher into the CS4 Plugins folder. I am using Windows XP.
Any ideas??? It looks a very useful plug-in - but I can't use it at the minute
