Does anyone has ever used Focal Blade with Combustion?
Is it compatible?

From what I heard, Combustion supports Photoshop plugins. I haven't tried using it yet, but will soon. If anyone already did that, please let me know if it worked.

Just download the demo version and give it a try if you have a copy of Combustion at hand.

I just tested FocalBlade and it seems to work in Combustion. However, you can't animate it and the preview is a bit blueish. But the final rendering works fine.
