I must be dumb or something

Postby Photofix » Sun Jun 29, 2003 12:40 pm

Hi Harald,
I bought the Plugin Galaxy and installed it correctly in PS7.I find that I need to convert the photos to 24 bit. PS7 only goes to 16 bit as far as I can tell. Please tell me how to convert to 24 bit so I can use these filters.
Thank you so much.

PS. I know its probably staring me in the face but its Sunday and too early :P

Most images are already in RGB 8 bit mode. If the Plugin Galaxy plugins are deactivated in the Filter menu in Photoshop, you have to select

Image > Mode > RGB Color

and additionally

Image > Mode > 8Bits/Channel.

Hi,
Well, like I said Harald, I'm must be dumb.
It seems that the folder went to the wrong place and after the simple answer you sent me I looked again...put it where it belongs and now everything is working fine.
Thanks for taking the time to help me.
Regards,
