ContrastMaster for Mac is only available as a 32-bit version at the moment. Photoshop CS5 starts in 64-bit by default. So in order to make ContrastMaster appear in Photoshop CS5, you need to click on the Photoshop icon in the Photoshop folder, choose File > Get Info from the menu and activate the "Open in 32-bit mode" check box. After that the 32-bit version of Photoshop CS5 will be started and ContrastMaster will appear on the Filter menu.

We are working on a 64-bit Mac version. I cannot give you a date yet.
There is a note on the Mac Version page that explain that you have to use the 32-bit mode of CS5.

A 64-bit Mac version of ContrastMaster is available now for Photoshop CS5. It runs more than two times faster than the 32-bit version.
