Puppet warp buttons

The buttons in the Elements Tool Options panel work but the two which float with the image in workspace do not work
Right. That is a bug in Photoshop Elements. Nothing ElementsXXL can do about. So you can only apply the puppet warp effect with the Enter key or the check mark icon on the Tool Options bar.
In Photoshop Elements 13 the check mark icon on the Tool Options bar is only visible if you display the Tool Options bar before activating the puppet warp tool. But once it is visible it does not vanish anymore. Another strange bug.
