The plugin seems sluggish with the 64 bit version of Elements 13 - there is a slight delay after selecting a menu item or moving the mouse to a location

Can you please provide details about your system? Which version of Windows do you use? What CPU? How much RAM?

We did not experience any delays here nor any noticable differences between the 32 and 64 bit Version of ElementsXXL. On older CPUs there may be a slight delay before displaying the Layer menu, but not after selecting a menu item. Some ElementsXXL function need to do some calculations before displaying anything, but that is probably not what you mean. A delay while moving the mouse sounds more like a system bottleneck.

Normally ElementsXXL displays a warning if two or more copies of it are installed. In any case you should make sure that only one copy of the ElementsXXL .8li file is located in the Plug-Ins folder, otherwise problems occur.

Your setup looks fine. The only other things that comes to my mind is that a security software on your machine may mess with ElementsXXL and slow things down. Or maybe there is another automation plugin installed in Photoshop Elements that may cause the slow down.

You have a nice and more than sufficient Sandybridge configuration. workflow should be without any stuttering and delays.
