I am attempting to install the Plugin Commander Light and it's prompting me that It can not copy imgman32.dll along with other files and to please install disk one. Is there a place I can dowload these files or a way, that I can get a copy of disk 1?

The file you mention is already included in the setup. It seems you didn't download Plugin Commander fully. Please try to download it again.

I have tried downloading the install file and running it as well as just opening the file from the website and running the install and both give me the same problem. Can not find imgman32.dll. I have also tried downloading the file from both sites on the web page. What next?

The size of the downloaded file has to be 2.954.166 bytes. If it is smaller you have to try to download again.

Some internet providers cache downloaded files locally, so they are giving you the corrupted file every time you try to download again. In this case you have to wait a few days until the corrupted file was removed from their cache.

Missing Files Asks For Installation Disk #1 on Install

:-? I have downloaded the program from all 3 suggested sites over a period of 2 weeks--repeatedly.

When I try to install it, I get the same error--missing files and it asks for the Installation Disk #1.

It installed the first time I tried to download it, but it would not work after it installed. I read all the helps and FAQs over and over, at your suggestion. Nothing worked.
So I uninstalled it and deleted it, tried to download and re-install. Now I get the errors.
Here is a copy of what I get when I try to install:

Please insert the disc labeled 'Plugin Commander Light, Setup Disk #1 and then click OK

Missing File:
Destination File:

Examples of "missing files":

BU5982~1.htm (and others)
BUD453~1.htm (and others)
BUTTON (several)

and on and on.......

Are all the file sites' downloads corrupted? Perhaps that is why it never worked in the first place.....

The download site for Plugin Commander are fine. You were the only one who complained so far. So I can only assume that there is a problem with your internet provider or connection.

Try using a download tool like GetRight, which resumes broken downloads.

If you give me your email address, I can also send it to you by email.
