Every time I try to launch the utility, as it initializes it continuously attempts to launch the installer for SmartSound Quicktracks. The .msi file cannot be found and I cancel and it errors and starts the installer again. Then the installer starts crashing and asking to notify MS. It does this entire sequence about 15 times before I actually get into the tool.

Any idea why the launch of this tool would try to launch the Quicktracks installer? Quicktracks came bundled with Pinnacle Studio - it's installation is integrated with Studio.

Sorry, this is an interal problem with the Visual Basic runtimes that Plugin Commander is using. I experienced it in the past, too, but it went away after some time.

I know it can be irritating, but I have no idea how to fix it quickly.
