Hiya

I have a problem with Commander Lite. I install it (Win2K) and in the programs menu when I go to use it I get a message telling me that Windows cannot find the application and the shortcut has been deleted or moved and will now delete the invalid shortcut.

I tried installing again but no luck.

I did a total uninstall and then did a new download... still no luck, its not settling into this properly.

Windows cannot find it at all.

Anyone here can help with his?

Normally the shortcut under Start > Programs should be fixed automatically by Windows within one or two seconds. The problem is that the setup installs the shortcut with the 8-letter-filename.

Alternatively you can create a shortcut on the dektop by going to the folder where Plugin Commander is installed, right clicking PiCoLight.exe and choosing Send To > Dektop.

Thanks I will try that I didnt really want it on my desktop just in a neat folder in programs, but I guess I could drag it there.

You can drag the icon from the desktop to the Programs menu!
