Help needed in using Plugin Commander with PSP XI

I’ve downloaded the Plugin Commander but I don’t know how to use it to convert Filter Factory plugins to PSP XI. I’m attaching what a screen shot of what I have so far in hopes that someone can tell me how to proceed from this point. I’d call myself an intermediate user of PSP - I just need a little hint of where to go from here.

You need to navigate to the unzipped folder in Plugin Commander, select "ffbgalpc.ffl" and press the Convert button.
