Is there a utility that can actually download plug-ins?

What I mean exactly is this. Lets say i find some decent plug-ins from harrys site or flaming pear or wherever.

Instead of loading them into Photoshop how baout loading them into one utility which is standalone and can be opened from Photoshop.

I got about 100 plug-ins and more coming and I dont know where to put them anymore, too many in Photoshop making it bloated.

Any ideas on this?

Thanks for the tip there, I am looking at the lite version at the moment and am if I like that will go for the pro version.
