The Plugin Site

I have keyed in the directories/paths for the plugins, but all I get are dotted lines. Most of the other menu commands like scan, photoshop plugins are not working (they appear ae light grey).

What is wrong? Please advise. Thanks.

No assistance required, as the problem has been solved. I suspect it is due to some memory shortage problem. The program is doing fine.
