please help

Post by Dodo »

I downloaded Harry's filters, extracted the program, double-clicked and installed it to my PlugIn folder on my desktop. Then in PSP9, I went to Preferences->File Locations; clicked Add; browsed for the appropiate file; clicked it to add it, and clicked okay.

But there is no sign of Harry's Filters.

So, I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it directly into my PSP9/Plugins folder. Still no sign of it.
I tried - ---Preferences->File Locations; clicked Add; browsed for the appropiate file; clicked it to add it, and clicked okay ---- again, as well.

No luck. What am I doing wrong, please?

Harry's Filters appears under Effects > Plugin > The Plugin Site. Maybe you overlooked it. If you have a lot of plugins installed, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the case.

Your installation procedure sounds OK.

Boy, do I feel stupid. I guess my username suits me. Thank you! It is, indeed, there!

No need to feel stupid. You are not the first person who had such a problem :-).
