Problem to get the brushes into my Photoshop7

Hi,
I have tried to load different brushes I found at this page into Photoshop7-but after download them into a special map they are NOT (*ABR) which is required to be able to do that - I wonder WHY and can anyone PLEASE help me??

If these brushed don't have the file extention .abr, then they are probably for other applications like Corel Painter or Paint Shop Pro.
