The Plugin Site

Hi! I seem to be having a problem with the Harry's Edges I downloaded today. First of all, they are not 8bf extensions, but .jpg instead. Then, I could not find the correct place to put them. I went to Photoshop 7.0 folder for Plugins and made a folder for Harry's Edges. Then used the WinZip to move the jpgs into that folder. I thought they would show up among my other folders like an old Eye Candy I have plus a couple more. Nada... nothing, no sign of the lost Edges, so I am naturally on the edge today.

What do I do now? I'm using Windows XP Home, if that helps.
